Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your BB Jewellery purchase! While cash refunds are not generally offered, we provide store credit or replacements under certain conditions (and refunds are only given if required by law, e.g., faulty or not as described).
🔁 What we offer (if issues are reported within 7 days of delivery):
Store credit for both New Zealand and international customers.
Replacements for both New Zealand and international customers.
For NZ customers, replacements are sent separately at no extra cost.
For international customers, replacements may be sent with a future order to help reduce packaging and shipping waste.
🚫 Not eligible for return/refund/replacement:
Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
Ring, bracelet, and bangle sizing issues.
Issues reported after 7 days of delivery.
Items showing signs of wear, damage caused by the buyer, or alterations.
Change of mind (deciding you no longer want the item).

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at bbjewellerynz@gmail.com to report any issues.
Items may need to be returned in original, unworn condition and packaging (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility), unless the issue can be clearly shown in photos, in which case a return may not be required.
