Refunds won't be provided if issues aren't reported within two days of delivery to verify damage didn't originate from us. Any damage reported after this period isn't eligible for a refund, assuming it didn't arise from our side. Additionally, refunds aren't applicable for sizing issues with bracelets as sizes are clearly stated in the product description. Thank you for your understanding.
