Refunds won't be provided if issues aren't reported within two days of delivery to verify damage didn't originate from us. Any damage reported after this period isn't eligible for a refund, assuming it didn't arise from our side. Additionally, refunds aren't applicable for sizing issues with bracelets and bangles as sizes are clearly stated in the product description. Thank you for your understanding.
