Refunds will not be provided if you have received the item and failed to report any issues within two (2) days of the delivery date. This policy is in place to verify that any damage incurred did not originate from our end and to confirm that your jewellery arrived in pristine condition. Any damage reported after the initial 2-day period will not be eligible for a refund, as it will be assumed that the damage did not arise from our side. Kindly handle your jewellery with care. :)
Once your order is with the delivery courier service, BB Jewellery is no longer responsible for the parcel. This includes any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after the courier confirms delivery to the address provided. If a parcel is lost or stolen after delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim directly with the courier service. BB Jewellery is not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered.
