How can I get a refund?Please read our refund and returns policy to see if you are eligible: **Refund Policy** I want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery purchase. Please read my refund policy carefully to understand your options regarding returns and refunds. ​ DISCLAIMER: Exchanges are exclusive to customers in New Zealand. For all customers: Cash refunds are not available; instead, BB Jewellery store credit will be issued for the item's purchase amount. ​ Not eligible for refund or return: - Earrings are considered personal items and are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Returns or refunds cannot be processed for worn or used earrings. - Bracelet and bangle sizing issues: Refunds are not applicable for sizing issues with bracelets and bangles as sizes are clearly stated in the product description. This policy ensures customer awareness of product specifications before purchase. Thank you for your understanding. - Personal reasons. - Damage done by courier. Once your order is handed over to the courier, it falls outside of my responsibility. Please reach out to the courier company immediately. They are responsible for the damage caused during transit and will provide you with a refund. Refunds Eligibility: We offer refunds for necklaces, rings, and bracelets under the following conditions: 1. Refunds will not be provided if you have received the item and failed to report any issues within two (2) days of the delivery date. This policy is in place to verify that any damage incurred did not originate from our end and to confirm that your jewellery arrived in pristine condition. Any damage reported after the initial 2-day period will not be eligible for a refund, as it will be assumed that the damage did not arise from our side. Kindly handle your jewellery with care. :) 2. To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the return process and send back the item to us within the specified timeframe. Please note that shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility. Return/Refund Process: If you wish to request a refund for an eligible item, please follow these steps: - Ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging. - Contact me within two (2) days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. - You will receive instructions on how to send the item back to me. - Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will process your refund. Exclusions: Any item showing signs of wear, damage done by buyer, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
